Zoo Trip in February?
Do you love these glasses? They were Lee's dad's back in the day.
Yes, on Saturday the sun was shinning and it felt semi-warm out, so we jumped in the van and headed to the zoo. By the time we got there the wind must have kicked up a notch because walking through the parking lot Kassie asked if there was a tornado. (She still makes references to the Wizard of Oz and still worries about Dorothy's slippers.)

Looks like you guys had fun! Luckily all the good stuff is inside buildings... gorillas, manatees and awesome fish! Oh, and the Vampire Bats... aren't they awesome!

This Feb has been super cold but I hear you on getting out and not going stir crazy. When it gets a little warmer we are all over going to the zoo--can't wait!!
